Bob is Managing Principal of Qroe Preservation Development (QPD) with a background of over 30 years in real estate development.
Prior to founding QPD in 2007, Bob served as Senior Vice President and Director of Development Services at Paradigm Properties in Boston, MA. Managing this affiliate of a major Boston real estate investment management company, Bob’s group provided comprehensive real estate advisory services and solutions for non-profit institutional clients in urban areas, principally Boston. Clients included schools, museums, health centers, and human service organizations. Projects ranged in scope from $1 million to $30 million and encompassed several hundred thousand square feet. Bob also played an active role in the acquisition of commercial properties for Paradigm’s real estate fund portfolio.
Bob’s familiarity with public process comes from his six years of experience as Deputy Director of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA). While at the BRA, Bob managed the City of Boston’s involvement with industrial and waterfront development, including planning, site selection and assembly, financing, permitting, and property management.
Bob holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A. He is married with two children and is an accomplished sailor.
Pat has, for over 30 years, enjoyed a diverse real estate career encompassing the non-profit, public and private sectors on a national level. She has provided senior leadership in the areas of acquisition, leasing, development advisory services, planning permitting, and construction oversight for corporate, academic, hospitality and non-profit clients.
Prior to joining QPD, Pat was also a member of the Development Services Group of Paradigm Properties, managing the administrative and marketing needs of the Group along with direct client service to charter schools, private schools and non-profit human service agencies. Pat also served as a Project Executive at Diversified Project Management focusing on New England area academic clients. Pat’s projects have ranged in scope from $1 million to over $25 million.
Pat lives in Newburyport, Massachusetts and graduated from Franklin and Marshall College. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Boston Children’s Chorus and the Board of Directors of Joyful Voices of Inspiration. An active vocalist in the Boston area, Pat sings with the Boston Pops Gospel Choir, Joyful Voices of Inspiration and NEC Millennium choir.
Lindsay has spent the last 8 years working in various roles within the real estate industry, including commercial brokerage and project management. Prior to joining QPD, Lindsay was the Real Estate Manager at KIPP DC Public Charter School in Washington, DC, where she managed over 550,000 sf of PreK-12th grade charter school facilities and over $100 million of charter school real estate development projects.
Lindsay’s first-hand understanding of the dynamic real estate and programmatic needs of charter schools, and her experience throughout the entire process of a school development project, ranging from community engagement to financing, allows her to successfully serve her clients.
Lindsay lives in Watertown, Massachusetts and is an avid New England sports fan. She graduated from Boston College and in her spare time she enjoys running marathons and practicing yoga.
